REAsons behind increase of prices taxes and other services.

                                           besides government policies,unpractical planning,WRONG DATA DETERMINATION,incorrect feed back,corruption,theft,hiding of income,not paying proper taxes on income,others is also responsible for price hikes,more taxes, and increase in service provided like water,electricity,others.
                                      every year in budgets to cover losses the taxes are increased or price of fuel others are increased which effect the prices of necessary products in daily use.the services of public departments are also effected due to no proper evaluation or increase in taxes.the graph of income is not rising as in comparison of increasing of users or extension of cities.
                                                                    people by their ways do not want TO PAY THE CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ENERGY,WATER,HOUSE TAXES OTHERS.THEY TY TO MANIPULATE BY HIDING THE REAL USE OR ACTUAL BY TAKING HELP OF LACUNA'S IN DETERMINATION OF ANY BY OFFERING SOME BRIBE OR OTHERWISE.this burden comes on right tax payers or those who not believe in theft of services they get or their earnings.due to such persons the right taxes or charges not go to government or service provider and they manipulate by increasing taxes or service rates.

its the duty of people to inform about such culprits,who are giving loss to country by illegal means.if the recovery or declaration of income or correct legal usage and payments are done then their will be no need of increasing the rates % of taxes often and every years.the main loss of revenue and earning is due to theft corruption,wrong evaluation,and hiding of real income.that part is shared by right payers and those who hide enjoy the facilities on pothers earning.

                                                            much can change if all pay actual,genuine,taken by customers as service tax,or others then their can be different scene and we can hope of equality LESS PRICE HIKES,more development.public is the responsible person to improve such either by paying right or by preventing others to do wrong.government will also have give attention towards REFORMS,PROPER MANAGEMENT,INSPECTION,SURVEYS SCREENING,AND TO GIVE MORE ATTENTION ON RECOVERY AND EVALUATION AND BY PREVENTING THEFT ETC OF ENERGY AND OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED.MORE ATTENTION TO BE GIVEN ON RESURVEYS OF EVALUATIONS DONE BY PREVIOUS.
hope that such increase the revenue of governments and no further increases of such on right users and payers.

when i gave the name to this website the concept in my mind was to combine forests and planting trees to best social service.but few years back when in my area development work was done the whole area near roads and parks was covered by interlocking.it is o.k.,up to five feet both sides of road but sad all green grass disappeared and the tree sheltering guards were removed only to increase sq. feet area for getting more payments. i opposed a lot for preventing to remove guards because i knew the plants will not survive.their are records with forest deptt. how many trees were planted and now how many exists now.i could save only five trees outside my house and they survived.to have a good space is not required on the removal of trees.only one tree which was big survived.so due to such elements and no strictness of forests dept.of their property such anti socials damage green trees. it is clearly written in holy Vedas that those who harm green trees become nirvanshi.i love green trees and i was most sad when i saw those green saplings dyeing due to such.this is the duty of corporator/sabhasad, on such works in area he should prevent such harm to green plants.the whole world is facing global warming and such not had pains to remove the trees in front of their houses which was not a hindrance to anybody.the water level going down in agra is only due to less trees and more reverse osmosis either in hotels,for commercial sales or homes.such waste more then 60 % of ground water.the trees wherever are there attract naturally water level towards upper strata and stop going down.the nature and coordination with natural things.same you can see in jungles no shortage of prey for carnivorous if animals see that the species is going towards extinct they stop catching for prey.they never kill unnecessary.the man ki8lled lions,tigers,other carnivore only due to they were hindrance to them to filter inside forests.the animals save their habitat.
so in brief i would like to say that more forests more animals and all unneeded animals may be transferred to forests.fencing may be done then itself the pollution will reduce.you can see a change if you pass by a big park,like shahjehan park, or paliwal park. see the difference.you will feel pleasant.even in big schools like st. peters,others who have more trees the area is cool.same can be done in cemeteries,open govt land near offices,railways,and wakf lands.
now to save from dust,heat,warm atmosphere,by planting more big trees can only solve the crisis.fruit giving extincting species like khinni can be planted.archeological survey can plant more trees in less visited monuments.much can be done if people understand the importance of trees and save them in their respective areas. many will survive and agra can be again as green as it was in fifties. whole world though is taking care but developing needs more attention. all over india can be as beautiful like Chandigarh and many other cities in south,Gujarat,rajas than and other states.may god bless those who will save trees for the coming generations so that they may not extinct.

how to remove corruption if..

these days many are fighting for anti corruption.in my view it will be very early to go for hunger strikes agitation etc. this lokpal bill is pending since long.it was tried many times but due to no eagerness and interests of many past and present governments it not worked out.many existing laws and provision in our law/constitution,and many provisions in i.p.c.,it not got success due to no cooperation by public and other position holders.actually the corruption start from our homes,we do not educate our children right or wrong even senior people in high profession are indulged in such.for example do the doctor not know why he suggest medicine or pathology test from a particular service provider.why the applications are not received through proper channel.why the officer send again and again to the concerned clerk.why suvidha is asked for every small work.so this is the consciousness of the authority that he is giving allowances for such.if you go for protest against your party or some causes you come to a settlement after getting some portfolio to yourself or your followers.the social organization are seen very active during such.they get coverage,film stars get publicity then their t,r.p. rise and they get more serials or adds. this has happened in past well understood by many that the advantage have been taken.sometimes it is seen to divert the minds from other causes or movements the political parties or government divert the mind of mass to others to neutralize the other movements.at present the movement of saving rivers and environment was in full swing it was effected for many days.the crowd and film stars attracted thousands to be on the protest site.in them many must not be knowing what for this is going on.they only come to be in t.v. like many go to see matches and seen dancing when the camera is towards them sometimes even when the opposite team have played a good shot.they actually have nothing to do for game but they in different dresses only come to be on t.v.you must have seen that if they are live they phone to their nears that they are live but by that time camera moves.their are different ways to put up the matters.such actions like dharnas jams etc has given a method to mass to blackmail and get their demands fulfilled.for small incidences this is adopted everywhere is this not corruption.

i always was against illegal activities,anti-socials,and have written a lot.even directly to p.m.o. office and many other leaders.i even suggested many measures which can be taken to finish terrorism.the biggest platform to settle such and to make laws the provision given by our constitution and to make reforms time to time by making amendments is given to parliament and many times the mass got the opportunity to send the right.what the great reformers and social workers were doing in this period.why on the time of elections they make propaganda to choose the right.why such movements not organized on such occasions .this is because on such occasion the ruling government will not give any benefit or favour allowances portfolio etc. they know that on such occasions the other political party will take benefit.in election times instead of bringing awareness the social workers other organization leaving exceptions come in favor of one party or other and their support start at their place of work.

simply declaring Gandhian movement does not make anyone like Gandhi ji. have anybody seen his sacrifices and ideology. he never accepted any portfolio or membership in any committee after independence.people like him are born in centuries. our innocent people compare the present movements with the great movements of pre- independence they were true movements and never compromised on getting some benefits,funds for n.g.o. or for running any organization. all facts come afterwards. so i only mean that the right choice and to eliminate such from our inner hearts and everybody to finish from himself will only finish corruption.many bills were pass EARLIER BUT COULD NOT BE IMPLEMENTED IN REALITY DUE TO NO SUPPORT OF COMMON MAN OFFICERS AND GOVERNANCE.THIS WILL ONLY BE A SUCCESS IF PEOPLE FIRST REMOVE CORRUPTION OF ANY SORT FROM THEIR HOMES AND UNDERSTAND THE VALUES OF RIGHT AND WRONG.

results very impressive

on 3rd march 2011 i wrote one note save the rivers,many appreciated the measures and i was very consoled that may be i not got recognition for idea but happy that same recommendations was sent by zilaprashasan to state government for approval of the project.i had wrote that that sewage until and unless mixed with other effluents do not work to treat easily to control the b.o.d. and c.o.d.that came to my knowledge and experience during my tenure at jajmau Kanpur,the great nallah coming from old city to wajidpur e.t.p.there pollution board mixed the tannery discharge after treatment and separation of sludge.when after controlling the discharge by physical and chemical treatment sent to canal for irrigation it had so much of organic materials that the crops were unimaginable,c.l.r.i. also tested the crops and they not contained any harmful effect,the plants have self tendency to take only required ingredients from soil.in 1983 when i visited a government tannery in ankleshwar Gujarat.i was surprised to see eucalyptus trees to evaporate the treated water.the extra water which was left after irrigation in their own fields was filled in low lying area,and the trees were planted nicely.one big tree can evaporate more then 80 gallons of water. so those who were concerned to save environment never created problem. in dewas m.p. then tata exports now tata international had provision of using the treated water for gardening and agriculture and during my association then near about 1984 the vegetables were of very good quality with no traces of chrome etc. because the chrome and hazardous chemical precipitate with other alkali in discharge and removed in sludge after proper treatment called primary treatment.so if treated properly no problem. after secondary treatment water is fine to use for irrigation and also contains organic materials.
so now the question is that why yamuna and ganga had problems,the problem only arised due to no treatment done by the factories and the govt agencies involved in it.the sewage were directly thrown in rivers by metros.i do not agree that by throwing such material as one of the environmentalist sad that ghats for cremation gave some problem.never it contains such dust and is in practice since thousands of years.during excavation it is even found on the banks where cremation was done.the human remains either after conversion in bone ash or buried in land are good for land in maintaining the level of ingredients used by or consumed by human being.this is a cycle to recharge earth.what all we grow eat and by excretion discharged and what all accumulates in our body goes back to environment in solid or gas forms.the shortages of such only began and started coming due to excess use of inorganic and heavy metals not suitable for environment and land.excess use of ores above the required norms,extension of cities and towns .unplanned development destroying of forests for building etc.imbalanced the ecosystem.proper attention was not given towards treatment and the developed countries created more problems due to their industrial interests.the results are global warming,change of weather,etc.
the industrialization shortened the green land and forests and created ecological imbalances.nothing concrete was done and the consequences are often quakes,tsunamis,drought etc.the use of inorganic manures and seepage of untreated water caused the underground water problems.too much of use of water for reverse osmosis and above 60 % wastage to sewage water or other resources created more problem for river waters.
the water is a very important resource and instead of using other sources for mineral water r.o. plants can be seen on and every place. this is now a flourishing business and had reduced the resistance of natives.the use of pesticides and preservatives have also effected the quality of water the main cause of elimination and loss to animals and birds.the new packing's have created more serious problem for treatment and the price of treatment has gone very high unnecessary burden on those agencies who do this task.lot of mixed garbage have created disposal and recycling problem.if people are aware in their houses most of the vegetable and fruit left outs can be consumed by stray animals.kindly refer for my views to stop such in my previous notes,columns and blogs.
so in the end i will again repeat that pollution and environment problems are more due to no cooperation by citizens and such non disciplined have worsened the situation.decades back when we use to live in small lanes people were then less educated but more aware.now you can see many educated throwing left outs from their houses,cars or on public places like stations etc. shame for such.even in posh colonies people throw garbage outside their or near their houses and not feel ashamed.how much concerned administration can manage.

if reaction then always action

i was highlighting a local problem of my locality.i discussed with one of neighbors they also agreed of the problem,but nobody was bold enough to say to the concerned responsible for giving parks and maintenance due to influence or otherwise.what i only did that i photographed the scenario on Monday in presence of a person whom i know always informs.the result was that today Tuesday 22.02.2011 arrangement was done to clean the site.

so what i mean that if somebody pints out the problems they get resolved.it is only how you tackle.so if reaction then action.this all happens all due very late response.these are reasons people not complaint.they have become immuned in facing such.generally people tolerate much due to vast difference in society and hold of few persons who due the support of political people and their monopoly because they are in nears and dears of political figures of all parties take advantage of dictating their systems.

their is no space for humanity for many because they are not social but only claim to be.very few are there in society who are with right or causes.social service also is now connected with money,and only those get recognition who contribute more in terms of money.higher administrative authorities are also helpless because everything is now politicized.if they take any action they have to face transfers etc.these days all is done to get fame.and future expectations are to get some portfolio in any political party.genuine social workers are very rare,not like decades back people did lot of work but never expected returns.today aim is to get power security and portfolio in return of social work also.till no fair people will come no chances to finish corruption in all sectors.corruption has delayed our countries development and progress in comparison to other countries of common wealth who got freedom with us like japan,china.
we still hope that more good people will join politics to give good governance,may be the majority of any party.only good should reach the houses or assemblies and join hands to develop the country up to the required standard.this doesn't mean that we do have good representation but reforms are necessity and the new can up with good ideas and systems.in democracy changes only makes improvement and competition to give good results increases.as if any department head is not giving good results he is transferred,suspended,or compulsory retired.so it should also apply in politics the competent will stay otherwise no chance next time.this is only true democracy.i hope that people give such verdict that only right will get admission.then we can dream of ram rajya which was the vision of great leaders of pre independence.

how to resolve

few days back a programme or private party was conducted in Jain mandir park kamla nagar.next days the area was stinking due to bad of smell of left food thrown.thanks to some who took away that for there pets.now the left overs like empty glasses,used paper dishes is lying since three days.all park grass is covered with throw outs.those who charged or responsible for maintenance are unlooking it.they were seen in park park but not bothered.though the local children have picked lot for playing,some taken by dust bin collectors.its a public park and the local supervisor of this area or sabhasad should see to it.this is problem all over india people conduct their personal program-mes on roads,parks,grounds and cut the roads and give losses to roads etc.the garbage then fill in drains and choke water in rainy season and cause water logging.their are many marriage halls and hotels in such these program-mes can be conducted.lakhs can be spent on tents,decoration,generators etc.then why not for rent of such places which they can afford easily.unnecessary the nearby residents and nearby citizens face disturbance,pollution and other problems.on such occasions the anti socials also get opportunity to be in area,the area guard can not also prevent such.next day empty bottles,pouches etc are also seen lying around.local administrations can prevent such if allowed then the n.m.p.,should charge for the damage and such not be allowed without prior permission or consent of the nearby residents.hope that this will be seen in all states,and free use and personal saving should be stopped by strict law.

how it can be managed

several times i have written in my blogs,face book,tweeter and even to the authorities that strictness,challans,warnings can only prevent throwing of garbage etc on road sides,in front of houses,temporary dust bins made outside houses,i observe that the safai karamchari clean the respective areas and soon people throw their home garbage in front or near houses through house maids or themselves.routine visits and power to supervisors,inspectors can only stop such.it is impossible for n.m.p. or other agencies to keep the city clean without the support of locals,residents.
it is not possible to keep staff on public places,people will have to use right places and to be disciplined if anybody do not obey rules and regulation he is liable to be fined again and again.the concerned should not come under pressure of any political support in such matters,if anybody interferes or anticipate then they should take in writing from the supporter.to control the officers or inspectors will have to be bold and it is guaranteed none can give in writing in such help which is against law,rules,addicates and manners. this will also bring back fear among culprits who are misusing the word liberty.this will also prevent overload of work,and the atmosphere will be clean and the animals eating them will not be harmed.

effects of global warming seen more these years

this year we have observed climatic changes all over the world.more rains in desert areas,rise in sea level due to glaciers reducing,melting of ice on mountains,more rainfall on hill stations.the nights are more colder in comparison to day.all is changing due to emission of gases from factories etc.use of petro products have increased very high.being no substitute for wood the forest are cut before plantation of new trees. no government is actually serious of making new forests.the extension of cities for houses and industries is reducing the green land.excess use of underground water for industries and for reverse osmosis is making the river water more polluted.discharge of waste in rivers have made river water unusable.
so if not proper planned and no attention given towards proper treatment or recycling of water,water harvesting and plantation of trees anywhere the land is available then only the crisis of such environmental hazards can be minimized.all in world to come forward to save this world and to make it green at war level,otherwise in future millions will die without war or will live a life with only pain of diseases.

many checks and controls are started but some extra prevents it enforcement. generally the administration such burden that it becomes failure.it is only possible if done step by step with priorities.example the vehicle checking was going on for licenses,r.t.o. papers, illegal use of signs etc .now more attention started on helmet. helmet is for personal safety let people understand themselves. helmet are made such that you cannot recognize the user. designs are to be modified. belt and helmets are necessary but also misused to hide identity, see for it also.monkey caps,helmets are always a problem in identification in many cases.so step by step control will be effective firstly such vehicles to be checked with no numbers,misinterpreted not easily readable,numbers as per documents only so that some clue may be there for identification of the person using the vehicle. crime is connected with conveyance.many times vehicles left by criminals were found fake. in my several blogs i have always written that proper check of vehicles,identification and address verification during the issue of mobile,bank account,ration cards,voter i.d.should be done at site or place of address and documents once should be sent by indian postal service .postman a permanent govt. employee knows well the occupants of his area .
polythene and encroachment over loading in three wheelers can be only controlled if all protest for it and use state transport if their is availability of it in their area.people should not support wrong and politics should not come in between in such matters which are for public welfare.

what a response

agraites showed their concern towards ban of polythene bags. appreciate all participated for this cause. i had been writing since years on this problem. yesterday i was in kamla Hagar market i saw many ladies asking for poly bags even for chips packet. their are many who feel ashamed to carry cloth bags. in starting many will provide but in future we will have to make arrangement. social organizations will not provide such ever. if we want to save present and future we will have to use paper or cloth without enforcement of law. are we not caring for health and atmosphere. shame to those who can afford a car but not a bag to carry and to dispose garbage through right means so that it may not scatter on roads and other public places.if the educated and rich will not cooperate then what to think of illiterate.so it is essential that we may think of the problem from inner side. some will make or sell such because if they who can sell duplicate products,medicine,can mix any thing in edible for their benefit cannot be checked till the mass helps to detect such anti socials for those money is everything

if you view Agra you fill find poly bags,garbage,encroachment everywhere. even the countries most important city was not clean on the occasion of french president and delegates visit. though his excellency was not on common roads, but others who accompanied him must have seen the reality every tourist comments. Agra is said dirtiest,no control on rush,garbage stinking,animals wandering etc.the main reason behind it is the citizens of dirty mentality, not disposing at right place saving few rupees though they spend crores on their houses. i have seen myself in my locality that when the karamchari comes they do not give disposals to him but when he goes away throw in front of their houses creating nonsense for others,and the dogs and other animals are throwing all over, the boys who pick from this garbage are also infected. the locals sabhasads are only seen during elections or when some yojna is in progress. the drains are cleaned only when complaints are made never as routine ,not even in rainy season. people should not elect such opportunists and the political parties should consider on merits and secrete enquiry.
strict measures to be taken by concerned authorities,against those using poly bags,throwing garbage on public places,not following the rules and regulations.if posh areas people do such then the illiterates and slum dwellers are no where, students, of such parents who make the area dirty can play a role to prevent such and a campaign to clean the city now very essential. awareness is must and neighbors
and friends of such people who make the locality dirty should point out to such dirty people. the famous city needs this.then we will be proud to call taj nagri.

THE LOST TREASURE

i from my school days observing a change which i never even thought of
when we atarted something about culture,religion,values,sanskars, inventions,respect,duties, and use to read or taught about indian culture values, story of great leaders, prophets,saints,reformers,humanity and other good values. then we were told that in times to come the story of india will be like of olden times.
but the ideas and thoughts,predictions of my teachers and our thinking failed seein the unhopeful development in all ares below expectations. this many will not agree to hide their faults but the history itself tells the story. the development if we compare to increase of manpower, private enterprenuirs personal efforts, huge increase of export by private sector. n.r.i.,s money yransfer and foreign aids etc are the main factors of actual development. this can be accepted that those who had nothing and having more income then their sources of income became multimillionaires . without any efforts. surprising how a citizen starting from a small job enter in other non production field and declares crores in decades. what a system . you can get millions in gift s. who are the donors and from where they got this money . my teachers who were thinking of that india. where they must not have thought that corruption technology is also one. which can multiply your weaqlth in few years.
i remember a speech of a scientist of south who told us that when you will be big by then atomic energy power will cost few paisa. but sad his thory and calculation became a hypothesis. i dont know he is alive or not but he must have felt very sad for this that what i said to thousand of students in agra haS BEEN PROVED WRONG. THE CREDIDIT OF GROWTH AND INDUSTRY DOES NOT GO AT ALL TO THE PAST RULING GOVTS. THERE MOST INDUSTRIES EITHER CLOSED OR RUNNING IN LOSSES DUE TO INEEFICIENCY,POOR MANAGEMENT,AND CORRUPTION. CRORES OF RUPEES BUILDINGS,MACHINES, HAD BEEN GIVEN TO RUIN DUE TO CORRUPTION FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. .WHY THE PRIVATE SECTOR AND FOREIGN COLLOBORATED COMPANIES ARE RUNNING WELL. BECUSE THEY EVALUATE EVERY THING AND NO PLACE FOR IDEAL OR CORRUPT. IT HAD BEEN BETTER BIG SET UPS WHEN THEY WERE IN RUNNING STAGE MUST HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO PRIVATE. VERY LATE WHEN WE LOST CRORES IN THEFT OF POWER SECTOR FEW PLACES WERE GIVEN TO PRIVATE COMPANIES, AND THEY HAVE MANAGED IN FEW MONTHS. IT MEANS CORRUPTION WAS THERE AND THE MONEY WAS LIQUIDATED IN OTHER WAY.
THE GREAT ECONOMISTSTS, PLANNERS,EXPERTS, DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS EXACT STORY. HOW A FORMER PRIME MINISTER STATE THAT RUPEE STARTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OR HELP A PAISA REACHES TO ACTUAL PLACE. IF WE KNEW THE FACTS WHY MEASUESS WERE NOT TAKEN SINCE LONG.

THE RESULTS IN COMING DAYS WILL ITSELF TELL THE STORY. ALL CONCERNED KNOW THE REALITY BUT IGNORED DUE TO SOME REASONS WHAtsoever they may be .

animals in cities

though many organisations showed sympathy toward animals. and even went to court and orders were passed . for safety of animals,but tnese organisations gained the sympathy or attention,none did something to rescue,save,care, or worked for their rehabilation. due to no proper food diseases, and no shelter they are seen in very bad porition. though there are many social organisations, n.g.o.,s who are seen on news working for them but actually nothing is done concrete for thes animals. though on record there are thousands of shelters for cows, monkeys,baboons,dogs and many wild life sanctuaries, but actually very few are serios on their responsibility or duty. you can find thousands of cows and many bulls on the rods,near schools,bazars,and residential colonies. the people throw food or waste of vegetables in polythenes and they swallow them . many times operated by veternary doctors for their removal.
the position of animals is very pity, they are living in very adverse condition. the care by owners,organisations,and n.g.o.,s is more on paper then actual . you can see bulls fighting on roads, people and children running in havoc and fear. foreigners who visit agra do photography and videography of such and show the development of our country. this is also a part of law and order. the street dogs are also to take care, many have skin diseaes,and other problems due to such problems they act wild and even bite many children and adults. this needs a sprcial attention for the safety of society. i request all genuine social workers to come forward for animals, new wild life shelters and places for carnivorous and herbivoruos animals to be developed in big areas. this will give green belt and ecological balancewill be self balanced by animals,vultures etc. the extinct breeds will survive because in jungles they will not be effected by pesticides, etc. these are harming a lot to animal world becuse animals living in cities like monkeys,cows,dogs cats are having more problems. the number of cats have reduced in cities due to rat killing products, the animals like dog,cat,crows,vulture eat it and they are towards less age or birds towarfs extinction. ecology itself manages the extra growth and as for example cats are necessary for controlling the population of rats. the animals which are of no value can be shifted to forests and wild life sanctuaries to maintain the ecological balance . the dogs in jungles will eat away the waste food left by big carnivores. . biggest benifit will be that if the animals number will increase in jungles people who cut trees, and harm other things will not enter the sancturies and jungles. due to less all type of animals who prevented to enter such place less no. has given opportunty to such illegal persons to enter these places. in olden times there were thousands of cow in jungles of mathura and nearby. nobody dared to enter there becuse they attacted if anybody was in their territory. this worst position has occured due to over cutting of woods and jungles and green area reduced due to extension of cities and metros without any planning which has become a threat for environment . please think for it for some improvements for nexxt generation to come and for a beautiful and clean, green world.......

the worst condition of cleanliness in India is due to the citizens only. it is not possible to clean the cities by the authorities responsible for it. the problem is due to no responsibility ,awareness and their poor brought up. i have seen that the uneducated, recently migrated from villages, and illiterates are making the dirty c atmosphere. as highlighted my me as seen on stations,bus stand,hospitals,inside trains i see that how they make dirty. people don't use the right place for natural requirements,throwing the garbage. how possible to clean on such rush places. you can observe yourself,the mentality is that if you point they retaliate and do again for teasing the other. people spends thousands on their maintenance but cannot spend a little for right disposal. their are many in my locality self designated social workers, boost on donating for name but see in front of their houses they throw garbage of their houses and can even take pains to to dispose at the time of coming of the safai karamchari. they even throw the cutting of park plants,grass etc which lies for months,and the responsibilities are well to do but no care though it can be used for manure keeping for sometime in a corner boy who to bother. i have seen such people who boast themselves as rich and very advanced but not keep even the disposal of ladies properly and throw them outside and dogs enjoying it all over the area. are these people civilized,are they not a part of such society which prevents the authorities to keep the country or city clean. the pre inspection team of USA. comments that Agra the dirtiest city to visit in world. due to such illiterates the country is getting bad name and all nationalist feel ashamed due to these people who are not following the rules for a little care which can prevent such atmosphere. govt agencies should identify such genuinely and be strict and fine such involved. if people stop such activities of throwing garbage at wrong places the 90 %of the problem will be solved. the must harming poly bags can be stopped if people refuse to take in them. but i often see at shops the educated are asking for such because they feel shame to carry articles in cloth bags. even the house servants feel ashamed, not feel ashamed in cleaning dirty utensils, a mobile in hand and good clothes do not hide your identity. these carry food from homes and throw it on road and cows swallow it and many times kilos of polythene found in their stomachs. what the organizations who come forward as the savers do not transfer animals to goshalas. and why people throw food in polythene s on rods. they can give it in paper which can be digested. but who bothers, here no love or sanity for animals either cows or monkeys. see to it and think for improvement. such few careless people and illiterates in all areas are responsible in making the cities dirty. more percentage in slums and poorly developed areas. people call they are advanced but actually they are backward in all respects because they have no addicates and manners to prevent such problems.

people to coperate

we are seeing so much of climatic changes,less rains,water level going down but then also we are not cooperating to grow or protect plants. i saw in my locality who claim himself a social ,removed many trees and guards to have big space in front of his hose,and he may not have to clean leaves. he even destroyed many nearby trees planted by forest department. due to no care by deptt. after wards many green young trees lost their life. i was reading a translation of holy vedas in which it is clearly written that who harm or cut trees became nirvanshi.
my request is if you cannot plant or care a tree,do not cut or destroy the existing for little personal interest. now the time have come to see towards trees and animals,jungles,etc. otherwise the species will vanish and coming generations will be deprived of seeing them and may be that the planet may vanish. and also possible that for years people may suffer from incurable diseases. so start from yourself and say NO to use of polythene,save trees,use recyclable materials and packing's.plant and care trees where ever you can.do not garbage on wrong sites give to the person who will dispose in a right way .
then only we can hope for a pleasant environment,and beautiful world........

all should be concerned

day before yesterday i was on travel.again for what i am always concerned,i saw polythene s on way to Lucknow,long jam on Agra Kanpur road near firozabad.any way i reached late on all the road stinking garbage scattered,is this not the responsibility of capital residents to reduce such garbage can no throw into the right covered place allotted by n.m.p.. how much the workers can clean,why the admin. concerned do not fine such people who do not follow the rules.the worst effect is on school going children ,they go through such stinking public disposal.because of polythene bags mixed the use of garbage as manure has stopped.the other problem is that people dump anywhere they want,due to no strict law or penalty,and no awareness.what a scene and stinking atmosphere i faced near toriya gung in front of girdhara singh school.due to garbage on road side the traffic stops and the stinking atmosphere the school students cover their noses and the passers also face problem due to concerned failure to check it .the right covered place is about 100 meters away but the locals feel pride to threw in front of college because they are least bothered about health of infants or olders,i know the harm of infection because i have faced the trouble.is this not the duty of local sabhasad,n.m.p. supervisors,inspectors to see to it .are the blind or immuned to such. something should be done to manage this and the local residents should not send such as their representatives who go only to earn money.

do we care for next gen`` do we care for

when i am outside it hurts me people throwing garbage on road sides and other public places. have anybody thought where it harms.cleaners collect it dispose or burn,both are harmful for nature or planet.coming generations will be deprived of the beautiful birds,animals,plants.the effect of this can be seen in every home in way of hypertension,diabetic,less vision.and many other diseases.the environment is indirectly the cause of such.people feel shame in taking their daily need item in cloth or recyclable material bags.they are seeing their convenience or show.i request the production companies to pack in safe packing material only.the govt agencies whether state ,central,or local bodies are not serious for it.they after giving adds.consider their task is over.though we find slogans written but none doing it practically.i have seen many feeling pride in carrying their items in such destructive material.in my house i have hanged a cage with plastic birds inside,and a pot with flower plant.one of my friend asked about it .i told him that now also if we are not aware,then next-gen.will see birds,animals,green flowering plant in toys only.children will born with less vision or even blind.they will have diseases such as diabetics,b.p. others since childhood as earlier people use to have rarely or after 70 -80 yrs of age ...e.g. i had cataract in the age of fifty but my father had after age of sixty five,so the age will gradually increase in future.so this is my umbel request to all people of the world to be aware and cooperate to reduce using such harmful material and leave a beautiful world for the generations to come .......najeeb khan agra,282005 India...

what made me a blogger

i had very bad experiences in my life. all started from my locality. some wrong construction of drain and road,splitting of garbage by my neighbors.no cooperation by neighbors,so called social workers,personal common interest,local elected representatives impartial,and in property dealing business.their interest in my house due to its location importance,comments like thorn among roses,harassment through local govt. bodies.but my patience effected me personally,i lost my vision due to infection after cataract o/p.even now people throw garbage in drain which chokes it and water is logged. but as a teasing event so that i may loose my temper but they failed due to my nature.in spite of my wring up to high level nothing happened.so to keep myself cool i started wring on blogger thinking that one day right will get justice and others will get lesson and will be aware of such hidden antisocial elements. such for personal interest are harming millions by selling illegal arms,drugs,medicines.duplicate material.these anti socials are also support of political people and as they are having lot of illegal money,and by supporting various parties they are getting shelter. due to this the right is going away from politics because he doesn't have illegal money to donate to such.these people are really anti national and this sort of corruption will have to be faced by coming generations. how we can think of clean world till these antisocial people will be supported and not detected to save and develop our locality,city,country and the world......n.k. agra

strict measures required

in whole of the world,mainly in developing countries,the local authorities are spending crores of rupees. in India the the budgets big amount is .it can be reduced to saving wif the administration is strict on use of polythene material. why the countries are not serious about it. due to it only the beauty of this world is going in bad shape. very few people are serious about nature. .we can find mountains,hill stations, road side, railway track side,streams,rivers, forests,colonies,drains, etc. if the authorities stop its production and use the planet can be saved for coming generations. many of the educated people and n.g.o.,s. who are getting money for saving such are not using the funds properly.spent on cleaning.

why the only right to suffer

many years back a swakar scheme was launched by nagar nigam . so many right persons declared the right area (covered). but many declared wrong and took the advantage of proper verification on site. the houses l.i.g.,m.i.g.,others have same land rooms except few additions done personally by individuals.many followed the calculation formula system in the book of swakar but many gave incorrect information so the assessment value differs in same houses,so i would request the authorities to first fix a formula same for all and all to pay equal taxes because all share same facilities provided by nagar nigam.so i suggest to re survey the houses and to b done by competent authority and should be transparent to all neighbors so they can cross verify, this will also increase the revenue of nagar nigam, and taxes will be fair as per the construction area najeeb khan agra 282005
